About Executype PA
Executype PA provides secretarial and personal assistant serviced and is located in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. However, as the majority of the work we do can be completed 'virtually' our services can be offered to customers nationally and internationally.
The business is owned by Carol Charlton. Carol has over 20 years experience in roles within an office environment. These roles have included PA to the Human Resource Director of a national engineering company, PA (and then Marketing Executive) of an international manufacturing company and more recently Marketing Executive of a large North East law firm. All these positions have required Carol to work under pressure to strict deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism at all times. A huge part of being a PA is to support your manager in their role and to ensure their day-to-day requirements are fulfilled to a very high standard, Carol always goes beyond those requirements and is pro-active in her approach.
Carol also offers marketing support to clients, assisting with their marketing campaigns, product launches and hospitality / business development events.
Carol's level of IT skills is exceptional with excellent knowledge of microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Carol is also qualified to teach in office skills specialising in Word Processing and Powerpoint.
