How are we supporting our clients during Covid-19?
We are 4 months into 2020 and it is going to be a one to remember. During these uncertain times it is even more vital we are around to support our clients old and new. It is times like these when businesses pull together and help one another through the struggles to come out even stronger on the other side. Many companies have had to furlough their staff, but this does not mean there aren’t things that still need doing to keep companies running during this time. We are making sure to help business keep on top of work and phone to make sure when this is over everyone can pick up from where they left.
What can we do to help though?
Answering your calls. You may not be fully open but that does not mean customer service has stopped. People may still be calling looking for updates, possibly looking to place orders or checking to if you are open. If you are still working with fewer staff getting all these calls can be difficult and in these times every call can count for your business. We are making sure our clients calls are still be answered and dealt with to help keep business flowing.
Keeping your email up to date. It is possible you do not have the staff to help keep your inbox clear right now. We can make sure to go through and help with any customer service emails replying to your customers in a timely manner, making sure to file important information and keeping things in order for when your admin staff come back. Trying to keep organised during this time can make for a smoother start when everyone is back on track to normal working.
Your general admin tasks from audio typing to word formatting and everything in between we can help be your support system during this time. Tasks may be mounting up and feel like a daunting amount of work to try get through on your own or with limited staff.
